Extensive repairs were made with stabilizing epoxy to fill cracks, creating a solid foundation. Five stitched inlays of hard maple and one of poplar on the back represent the team’s five national championship appearances, including four wins, while twenty one spalted bow ties inlay across the front represents each playoff appearance, with a larger bow tie signifying their sole playoff victory pre-2023. Letters made from infused walnut, black acrylic, and heavily spalted tamarind, along with numbers from high-quality black walnut, form the iconic lion logo inlaid with white acrylic. Go Lions!
