The Story So far.
Nothing too serious here.. Just a place where some of my creative work lands, and the enthusiastic rambles that come with it.
Some things begin with meaning already built in. Others start with an idea, a question, or simply a why. The good kind.
For me, the story is reason enough. Always has been.
I love the details: adding Easter eggs, hidden messages, secret compartments, materials chosen for a reason, references meant for exactly one person to understand, old things with a little more life left in them.
Sometimes I try to tell a story through the work. Sometimes the work becomes the story.

Hi, I’m Kevin. I’ve made some things.
Most of the time that means chasing an idea. Sometimes it stays just that. Sometimes it becomes a sketch. And sometimes it ends up as something you can touch.
Some of those ideas start with my own curiosity. Others grow from conversations or collaborations and take on a life of their own.
I’m an artist, builder, and problem-solver based in Central Florida, working somewhere at the intersection of storytelling and design.
I never set out to collect this many skills. I just hated watching a good idea die because I didn’t know how to make it yet.
So I learned.
I’ve spent my life chasing ideas. This is simply where many of those ideas eventually land.
AN ORIGIN STORY.
I was taking things apart long before I knew how to put them back together.
Eventually, figuring out how things worked wasn’t enough. I wanted to know what else they could do.
The ideas got bigger, the materials changed, and the questions got harder.
How do I make that? Why is it made that way? Does it have to be?
Those questions have taken me through more materials, tools, trades, and creative disciplines than I ever could have planned.
It helps that I’m obsessed.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing them as separate skills. They became different ways to tell a story, solve a problem, or make an idea real.
